This is an attempt to narrate my thoughts about habits & its importance on the lives. I know the topic itself is really vast & deep but I'll try to keep it short.
I believe every living entity(mainly moving) has so many different habits, weather they are natural or developed explicitly. Since humans can think & control thoughts better than other entities so let's just talk about us. Our life is a superset of habits like exercising regularly, losing weight, smoking, reading, watching series, playing your favorite game.
Every smallest action is a result of some habit which may be bad or good.
Right habits are really crucial to achieve great success in desired area. Implementing so-called keystone habits can earn billions and mean the difference between failure and success, life and death. Habit isn't a destiny but its a way to reach the destiny.
Currently I'm listening to an audio book called The Power of Habit. This book is really a powerhouse if you wants to understand science behind how brain works with habits. It gives great insights with real life examples & experiments.
At its core, The Power of Habit contains an exhilarating argument: The key to exercising regularly, losing weight, raising exceptional children, becoming more productive, building revolutionary companies and social movements, and achieving success is understanding how habits work.
I have a strong belief that if you succeed in building right habits you can achieve greatest things. I'm going to get more information about how we can develop habits & will write more about it then.
